Hello, I am Amy Botes, a RADA trained Actress who founded PEPPED Productions in 2016.  I believe that all the world’s a stage and all the men and women merely players; so, why not use the skills and techniques that an Actor uses, to help you navigate your way through your business life?
The training we offer at PEPPED Productions is designed to reflect how an Actor prepares for a role – including vocal, physical and mental warm ups, role play & improvization.
By flexing these muscles, you will learn how to apply these skills in a business context; becoming the best possible version of yourself.  You can feel confident in applying these techniques going forward, having received practical feedback that will revolutionise the way you communicate.
Our workshops and coaching sessions are a rehearsal for life in a safe, growth orientated environment.

I have worked with a plethora of companies, helping them to hone their communication skills. Some of the companies and organisations I have worked with include: Twitter, NatWest, Westminster City Council, Tower Hamlets Council, Westco Communications, Ambassadors Theatre Group, The Institute of Engineering and Technology and the NHS. I pride myself in working with a huge range of businesspeople, from 1:1 sessions with Managing Directors, to workshops with a range of mid-level to high-level Employees.
I am also proud to associate with The Art of Work (TAOW) and Performance of a Lifetime, both world leaders in executive training.
I have worked as a professional Actress, under the stage name Amy Brown,  playing a multitude of leading roles, since 2004. Theatres I have performed at include: the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and Swan Theatre (the RSC), the Lyric Hammersmith, the Novello Theatre London,  Birmingham Repertory Theatre, Salisbury Playhouse, West Yorkshire Playhouse, Oxford Playhouse, Cambridge Arts Theatre, Northern Stage Newcastle, Churchill Theatre Bromley, Richmond Theatre, Royal Theatre Northampton and the New Vic Theatre Stoke-on-Trent.
I was also involved in an international tour which took me to the USA with the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment. This tour culminated in us performing ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ in front of 2500 people at the Royal Festival Hall, London.
In addition, I have worked for the BBC, Channel 4 and was directed by Oscar winning Writer and Director, Jane Campion in the feature film ‘Bright Star’.
My training at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art gave me the opportunity to work with world class Voice Coaches:
Robert Palmer
(one time Voice Coach to Margaret Thatcher)
Ellen Newman
(head of Voice at RADA for over 15 years).
Cicely Berry
(who was Voice Coach to the stars at the RSC for over 40 years.)
I am also very proud to say, that during my acting career, I have had the opportunity to work with world renowned Theatre Directors, such as:
Rupert Goold,
Marianne Elliot,
Nancy Meckler
Josie Rourke
William Gaskill.
All of this combined experience and expertise has afforded me the chance to deliver world class training in communication skills, something that is essential and at the heart of every business.
